Getting help and support

YearOne is the developer of YearOne PowerLink (PowerLink) and Cloud270; mobile apps for PowerLink and Attaché. Both products are distributed and supported by YearOne. YearOne’s Help Desk is manned from 9:00am to 5:00pm Queensland time, weekdays excluding public holidays. Some support services are chargeable, as indicated below. PowerLink is installed and supported by authorised consultants, who can contact YearOne for free Dealer Support. If needed, end-users can contact YearOne for direct support (charges apply).

Cloud270 is installed and supported by YearOne. Support is free, and depending on your plan you may also be entitled to free app customisation hours.
